The T.H. Mitchell House, designed by Seibert Architects in 1960, was featured in Architectural Record Magazine as a House of the Year in 1961 and won numerous architectural awards ever since (see below). This property was beautifully maintained and expertly refreshed by Seibert Architects' Samuel C Holladay and Pamela Holladay.
