The T.H. Mitchell House, designed by Seibert Architects in 1960, was featured in Architectural Record Magazine in 1961 and won numerous architectural awards ever since (see below). This property was beautifully maintained and expertly refreshed by Seibert Architects' Principal and Interior Designer team, Samuel C Holladay AIA and Pamela Holladay, recently retired.
