About Martie
"Martie is a wonderful person, she is also an amazing asset to Sarasota's world of Modern Architecture. I have worked with Martie for a number of years on the Board of the SAFoundation, I continue to describe her as a beautiful cheerleader who is also a pit bull, a visionary who is a tenacious performer."
Carl Abbott FAIA

Martie Lieberman is a founder of the Sarasota Architectural Foundation, and Co-Chaired the 5-day "Sarasota School of Architecture Tour & Symposium" in November 2001, in conjunction with her term as president of the Fine Arts Society of Sarasota. Martie has been awarded the AIA Florida Bob Graham Award (2004), the AIA Florida President's Award (2002) and the AIA Gulf Coast Presidents Award (2004) for her volunteer work promoting and encouraging good design in Florida.
